Has my order shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Why is my tracking information not updating?
Once your package has shipped, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on a carrier’s website.


I ordered the wrong items or put the wrong address, what do I do?
Once you place an order, you cannot make changes through the store. Please message us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship.

When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within one to three business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Accepted forms of payment.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are all accepted forms of payment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only residents in California are required to pay sales tax.

Can I return an item?
Unused products may be returned for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. At this time we do not offer exchanges. Please see our return policy for more details.

Here at California Ave we respect your privacy. You can browse our website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, in some places we give you an opportunity to provide us with some personal information. This is completely optional. If you do choose to share any personal information with us, you will see that the amount and type of personal information requested depends on how you use our website.

Your personal information may be used for processing your order or for marketing purposes and for providing you with the latest product and promotional information. We will not give or sell this information to any other company for its use in marketing or solicitation.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.


RETURNS

Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system.


RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items within 15 days of original purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition in original packaging.

Note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.


RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Contact us.

2. Include a print out of your order confirmation in your return shipment along with the items you are returning.

3. Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damaged while in transit.

4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Please note that California Ave is not responsible for products lost or damaged while in transit.


SHIPPING INFO

Orders will be processed and shipped within one to three business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Items normally ship via USPS First-Class Mail. Actual transit times are 5 to 10 days from shipment. A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
